Located just 22 miles north of London and easily accessible by road, rail and even air, is the magnificent Brocket Hall Estate. The Hall was built in 1760 and was home to two Prime Ministers – Lord Melbourne and Lord Palmerston – who now lend their names to the two championship golf courses. Today, alongside the quality golf courses, the estate offers luxurious accommodation at Melbourne Lodge, dining at the renowned Auberge du Lac restaurant and exceptional facilities for corporate hospitality.

The Melbourne Course is a Peter Alliss and Clive Clark design, opened in 1992, and is generally the 'opener' for new visitors and the favoured course for corporate events as it's a little more forgiving. The Palmerston course is a tree-lined Woburn-style layout designed by Donald Steele and Martin Ebert. To our mind, it's the better of the two courses but they are both good and The Melbourne is home to the signature hole, playing back to the grand Hall across the lake. For golf events, there are a number of flexible hospitality options, plus great practice facilities and a very good par 3 course.

One of UK’s premiere corporate venues and meeting spaces

Fantastic offering of luxury accommodation, dining and all-round facilities

Two championship golf courses complemented by brilliant practice areas

Good location, easily accessed from north London
