Ipswich Golf Club is situated on the eastern outskirts of Ipswich, with easy access from the A14. The Purdis Heath Course was designed by the legendary architect James Braid and presents a classic heathland challenge. The 9-hole Bixley Course enjoys the same splendid heathland terrain as the main course.

If it were more accessible, there's no doubting that Ipswich GC would be more famous - it's a superb heathland course. Quite simply, it's worth making the effort to get there.
