New Zealand is the quintessential English golfing experience. This is a club that, in the very best sense, feels like a throwback to Edwardian England, with its open fires and wooden lockers complete with crossed-out names of past members. Expect tranquillity, a subtle yet challenging course and a fine lunch.

New Zealand is something of a 'speakeasy' in golfing terms, a club steeped in traditions, where a day wouldn't really be complete without indulging in their famous lunch. Unbeknown to most, they have an exceptional wine cellar, too. The golf course is delightful, providing a strong heathland feel as it meanders through the Surrey woodland, with the Par 3s perhaps stealing the show.
