Saffron Walden GC is set in the picturesque surroundings of Audley End's famous mansion, with superb views over the historic market town. The golf course is very well regarded for both its layout and conditioning, and the 140-person capacity clubhouse offers plenty of space for a private function. There's also a conference room seating up to 24 people seminar-style overlooking the 18th green.

Alongside some lovely views, Saffron Walden offers some great golf holes. It demands as much of your mind as your body, forcing you to think your way around rather than bomb with a driver all day long. It's great fun and the atmosphere at the club makes for a very enjoyable all-round visitor experience.
